Salle Green Assistant Moniteur Workshop

The day was long, and we covered a lot of ground in 8 hours - and 8 fencers from 5 clubs are a bit closer to being certified by the United States Fencing Coaches Association as Assistant Moniteurs, the first step toward professional certification as coaches. Pan American Fencing Academy 2008-2009 PAFA Master At Arms Challenge Update

As of the 30th of September participants in the challlenge had taught 7 beginnning fencers to fence, taught 117 lessons to fencers, fenced 193 bouts, and completed 54 hours of continuing education. Shelby My Fencing Clinic Experience

Well the weekend is over and with it the Copeland Clinic. Yes I learned a lot. And I took some notes so I could remember it all. On Saturday We covered a lot! 1. Basics of beats and priority. Shelby Fencing Training

Here is a video of my class today. It's definitely not all that exciting but I wanted to post it so that I would have a reference to look back at. I have decided to put myself in a training regiment.
